A Bit of History
Keith H is an older American dahlia variety, hybridized by Mrs. Catherine Miller and introduced before 1987. It has remained a favorite among growers because of its distinctive waterlily form, unusual warm coloring, long stems, and excellent productivity. The American Dahlia Society classification for Keith H is 7310, placing it in the Waterlily form with a light-blend color classification.
Keith H is also known for producing an abundance of blooms and long stems that make it particularly useful for cutting. Its warm yellow blooms with contrasting darker petal edges give bouquets a beautiful touch of depth without overpowering softer colors.
