Lee’s Pineberry Trifle was hybridized by Lee Hemings Carlton of North Carolina and introduced in 2023.

This newer Lee’s introduction has quickly become popular with specialty growers for its distinctive strawberry-and-cream coloring. Blooms feature a rich strawberry-pink base accented by creamy white petal tips, creating a beautiful bicolor effect.

One of the most interesting characteristics of Lee’s Pineberry Trifle is its natural variation. No two blooms are necessarily identical, and the intensity of the strawberry coloring and white tipping can change throughout the growing season.
