A Bit of History

Levi’s Sunfire was hybridized by Levi Tremblay of Stillwater, Minnesota and officially released in 2025. As one of the newer varieties from Levi’s breeding program, Sunfire was selected for its vivid coloring, strong growth, beautiful stems, and excellent performance as a cut flower.

The blooms are particularly striking because their coloring can range from golden and fiery orange tones to coral-pink as they mature. Its combination of unusual coloring and strong garden performance has quickly made Levi’s Sunfire desirable among specialty dahlia growers and collectors.
