Spartacus Decorative Dahlia
The Spartacus dahlia is a tuberous perennial known for its large, velvety, crimson flowers that can reach 10 inches in diameter. The blooms are streaked with yellow and have slightly curved, ruffled petals that curve back towards the stem. The plant can grow to be 48–60 inches tall and 18–24 inches wide, with stems that can reach 5 feet. It blooms from mid-summer until the first frost.
